Return Policies

We accept returns and exchanges in our stores within 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt, tags and packaging. Shipping, handling and surcharges are non-refundable.

 

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened cosmetics, earrings or jewelry sets containing earrings or body jewelry. Likewise with items such as bathing suits or swimsuits that are for body wear. 

 

If you receive an incorrect item or damaged merchandise, please contact customer service by sending an email to Info@emilia.com.co

 

By shipment: If you ordered your merchandise online and wish to make a return by mail, please include the merchandise in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, along with the return form provided in the shipment of your order. Send your return via the carrier of your choice to the address below.

 

Emilia does not offer prepaid labels for return shipping. If we ship an incorrect, defective or damaged item, we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping via a gift card. We recommend that you use an insured and trackable shipping method.
